I ordered a replacement part for a door the installed for me 15 years ago. Much to my amazement- they had the part and replaced the old broken part. And then re-lubricated the old door. Looks and operates almost like new!

This is a great source for replacement or new constructions doors and windows in south Orange County. The service, price, lead time and installed final product all exceeded my wife's and my expectations. We have used them twice now, and in both instances, the experience was great. We have a new entry door on order for a third purchase, and have confidence the overall experience will again deliver. Ask for Shane when you call.

We are a Orange County retailer that needed our store doors overhauled due to faulty door jam issues. Keiser-Riley Glass sent out a team to survey our needs, provided a quote, ordered the parts and completed the project beautifully. The team was skilled at approaching the project and knowing how to fix our problem, in record time. They worked neatly during business hours and had the job completed in one day.

I had an outside door, a fire door, and 8 indoor doors replaced. I did my due diligence and received several quotes. I decided on Eisenbart and Sons because the quote was comparable to the others and the doors were going to be custom built, with the exact hardware I wanted, and trim around the door replaced to match the door style. No other company promised as much for similar costs. The doors took some time to be delivered and installed, but the results were beyond what I was hoping. Each door is hung perfectly with the right amount of gap below. The trim looks great. And the hardware was exactly as promised. A concern I had with the outside door frame, that was no fault of their's, was taken care of with a single comment. Installers were true craftsmen. And they even replaced the trim around a barn door so it would match the other trim. Great job!!!

After seeing a patio door installed at a relatives house I was looking forward to my window installation. Big shout out to Chris and Tony for the professional window installation. Chris and Tony are passionate about their work. I will refer friends for windows and other home remodeling projects to this business.

Very overdue review here but I have to say Scott and his team are the best. Very prompt, they show up when they say they will. Despite virus and permit delays, none of their fault, we now have perfect windows and their suggestion of a custom window vendor for an insert all worked out fabulously. Very fast work and utmost consideration for our interior while working. We have them do other previous small jobs over the years and every time we've been satisfied. Windows have been in for 6 months and all is well. Very quiet, smooth operation, very neat caulking job. No sloppy work at all. If something was out of line I would have noticed by now. Thanks Scott and everyone at E & S.

They replaced our sliding glass door yesterday. Ordering was easy and door was ready to be installed in less than two weeks. Installation was quick and clean, installers wore face coverings and worked from exterior. The door looks great!

We cannot thank Scott and his crew enough for the amazing job they did on our windows. Our house is 50 years old, with original single paned picture windows, all different shapes. We had several companies come out to quote our job and once they saw the task, they basically said no thank you. But Scott took on the challenge. He figured out the impossible. He measured everything himself...not once, not twice, but three times! And the installers were INCREDIBLE. With all the rain we had last winter, there were so many delays on our remodel. Their patience and guidance were invaluable. We have one more room addition to tackle and look forward to working with them all again soon!!

I had my front door replaced this summer and just recently had a sliding glass door fixed by Chris and Tony. They did a great job and I am very happy with this company.

Eisenbart & Sons has completed many projects in my home including replacing all of my builder grade hollow doors with solid custom fit doors. Additionally we replaced all the hardware on the doors and it looks great. They have also completed other smaller projects including replacing my glass exterior window when my son hit a baseball through it! Also had them install our doggie door for our small new family member. They even built and painted wood steps for our small dog to reach the newly installed door. Great experience!!!

I absolutely love my exterior door! It’s extremely well-made to last a lifetime! I love the side windows to help the ventilation in my home, and the extra large windows to show off my beautiful pond! The staff (family-owned) are super wonderful to work with as well!

Eisenbart and Sons did a really great job for me. The installers, both named Chris, installed a new tub enclosure, requiring a lot of care, since the tub was 50 years old, and had been resurfaced twice. They spent lots of time making sure that the installation was perfect, and cleaned up nicely. I recommend them highly.

We needed to have our "Sky Wall" replaced. A sky wall is a framed system of windows in the ceiling and upper wall. Having had work done by Eisenbart and sons before and being very pleased, I called them again having a hunch if anyone could help me they could. I was right. These are very tough windows to replace but Scott assured me they had plenty of experience. The crew finished the job today and they did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier. a beautiful job, as always! BTW, this is my third house I have had Eisenbart do work on and they always do an excellent job. Highly recommend!

We just had two sliding doors and a window installed by Eisenbart and Sons. This isn't the first time we have used them either, it is actually the 5th time. They are that good.

This is a family business, from the office staff, the manager who does the estimates and the installers and they all do an amazing job. So much so we have an order with them for 3 more windows and closet doors. I wouldn't use anyone else.

They are honest, fair pricing, professional, polite, and do a great job.

I couldn't be happier with our new custom-sized front door, it is a thing of beauty. It didn't take long for Mr. Eisenbart to find the exact door that matched our taste and still fell within our budget. Their pricing was very competitive and as a result I was so pleased to be able to support a local neighborhood business. Now, to be frank, it was quite the saga to get this door. SO many things happened before we could get it installed which were beyond our's and Eisenbart's control. It started with everybody doing home improvement projects during the pandemic (they were extra busy and short-staffed), then severe delays from the manufacturer, to bad paint (provided by me) that just wouldn't dry, it was a long, exhausting road. You're probably wondering why I'm telling this story about a long and grueling wait for a door and still give a glowing review. Simply, because all throughout communication with them was friendly, assuring and professional. On installation day, they were accommodating and honorable. Bottom line, not every project goes quickly and smoothly, but this company's customer service and follow-through made for an excellent outcome.

Eisenbart and Sons replaced a broken window at our home. Very simple procedure . Came out and measured. Quoted a price lower than their competition and had the new window installed within a couple of days. This was a dual pane glass and needed special ordering . Very pleased and will recommend to all my friends

Amazing service from a great team. While our door was received wrong from the manufacturer, Eisenbart quickly had the item reordered and it arrived early. Installation was professional and the result looks great on our home.

I was worried that I would have to replace one of my cracked Windows With Mil gard type replacement that fits inside the frame and has a large molding on outside. I would have to replace the other matching window too just so they would look the same. Eisenbart and Sons replaced that one window with no stucco damage. Looks just like new. Our large slider had a crack and they did that one too.Both were dual pane with inserts. Great work guys.

I just had the windows and sliding glass door in my house replaced. I was told initially it would be about a month before the windows could be installed due to the Holidays etc. Well, Scott (the owner) called two weeks later and asked me if they could come over that week to do the work. Of course, I jumped on that. He crew was here for two days. The supervisor was James. As soon as he got to my house he introduced himself to my dog which I thought was a nice gesture. His crew worked nonstop. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. The windows look great. I had casings and trim installed and that also looks fantastic. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about new windows. Thanks to Scott, James, and the crew. Great job!!!

I have purchased windows, mirrored wardrobe doors, shower enclosures and replaced broken windows due to golf ball breakage. They are friendly and helpful and make suggestions to make your purchase easier. When they come to install their products, they are so clean, you wouldn't know that they were there. Their products are high quality as well as their service. I like that they have always been a family business. Scott and Carmen are wonderful people to deal with. Honest, fair, family owned and operated business. Everyone that I had interaction with was above and beyond kind. Their repair service was great. I met the owners wife who is retired but was there spending time with her grandchildren.

I had Scott come out to Dana Point and replace every window plus the frameless shower door. Very professional, great craftsmanship, and top notch crew. I forget the name of the gentleman who was onsite and in charge of project, but he was extremely careful to make sure everything was done correctly and that my home was clean thru entire process. I wish these guys did everything required in a home remodel because you won't find a more reputable company. Thx E&S!

We are extremely satisfied with our new slider. The installers took out a large wooden French door set. They covered all of the holes and damage left from the old hardware removal. The doors and frame look perfect with no signs of the old doors. They were timely, clean and accommodating. They even looked at and fixed 2 other door issues we were having. Great experience all around.

I had 3 windows which wouldn't close fully so the latch would not engage. Eisenbart & Sons came out and fixed the windows in short order and charged me a very fair price. Eisenbart & Sons was recommend by a neighbor when we told them we needed to replace all windows and doors which were 35-years-old. Scott also was able to build custom mahogany front doors and interior doors. All installers were very skilled, professional and courteous - did all they could to be of help and deliver a product to our satisfaction. Would recommend this enterprise for all window, door, and glass projects. They are super!

One of our windows had cracked. I called and had two people measuring my window that very same day. They ordered the window and installed it two weeks later. This company gave the very best service and installation from the initial phone call, ordering, and installation. I will use these guys every time and recommend them to everyone. It truly is a first-class operation.

Extremely honest and great customer service. I needed a sliding door repaired and call for an appointment. They asked me about the repair and I told them that I had a replacement handle to replace the one that snapped off. They told me it was an easy fix that should not warrant a service call. I explained the problems I was having installing and over the phone they were able to explain where I was going wrong and I was able to handle the repair. I appreciate that they did not take advantage obviously they look at the long term and I will recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

We purchased a home that had windows with bars through the middle. In one window, the bar had broken and sagged. It couldn't be fixed because the bar was between the two panes of glass. These guys came out immediately upon calling, gave me a great estimate, and replaced the old windows with new windows without bars. The eyesore is gone, my view improved, and it didn't cost a small fortune. These guys are great!
